Beginning her career as a lawyer, Katie practiced in both private and corporate sectors before transitioning to mediation and conflict coaching. Her legal background combined with a Master in Dispute Resolution and extensive work experience in Australia, Europe, Asia and Africa, allows her to offer clients a uniquely balanced and inclusive approach that blends empathy with structured, practical guidance.

She believes in empowering her clients through a collaborative, solution-focused process, supporting them in navigating conflict with clarity and confidence.

Nhi is a Nationally Accredited Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with over 25 years of experience.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Vietnamese, Nhi brings cultural sensitivity and exceptional communication skills to her practice.

A recipient of the Resolution Institute’s Practitioner Award for Excellence, Nhi has facilitated thousands of mediations throughout her career. Her expertise includes family mediation, workplace conflict resolution, and clinical supervision, with a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes.

Known for her calm, empathetic approach, she helps individuals and families navigate conflict and achieve meaningful resolutions, even in challenging circumstances.

With a strong commitment to professionalism and integrity, she empowers her clients to move forward with confidence.

Ray

Ray is a seasoned mentor and strategic advisor, with over 30 years of executive experience across diverse global markets.

Ray has held Country and Regional Head roles for both SABMiller and Asahi Breweries where he not only developed strategy but also led expansion initiatives.

His career spans Africa, firstly as a CFO and then as CEO of listed entities in multiple countries. He then moved to Asia where he successfully established a Greenfield operation in Vietnam and thereafter held various CEO and Regional CEO roles.

Ray played a key role in the acquisition and integration of CUB Australia by SABMiller, he also was integrally involved in the later Asahi acquisition of CUB and developed the combined business strategy.

Since stepping back from executive roles in 2021, Ray has focused on mentoring business leaders, helping them navigate growth, transitions and strategy in an evolving business landscape.
